Where do I sign up?

I've been talking to GaryNemo and the Duke about this and they said that a new game started Nov. 1st. Well, it's the first. Where do I sign up?

If you do mean to join the Democracy Game, then you just have to post some registry info here and then start posting your ideas in the various threads and vote in the polls. This is the team play game

The other thing I had mentioned was the GOTM. If you were looking for the new game of that you would look here (it isn't posted yet, but should be up sometime today). This is the solo game that is done every month.
