Nationality is a state of mind not the place where you live, eventhough this can determine your personality. I think I ascribe to a Christian Greek-Roman point of view so I'm going to have to put down European even though I live in Hippo, North Africa. 
A person is not a nationality but is a person who creates who they are. Hopefully we are not too determined by the ideology of statehood but are instead our independent selves in a communty of individual selves.
