Where is Patch 1.02?

Steam won't update, my system is stuck on 1.017. I can't find where it is to download on 2k forums, and there's no DL link under Civfanatics downloads for Civ5.

From reading the forums, I think a lot of other people are also "stuck" on 1.017.

Grateful for any pointers, as I could be running into issues that have already been fixed!

With steamworks, patches can only be distributed via steam, no other way else.
If you did not disable the automatic patching, then you already should have the patch.
If not...er...try to check that option, maybe enabled by accident.
