Where is the manual?

Sorry to post a new thread to ask a stupid question, but where is the manual?

I can't find it anywhere, I know it's suppose to be digitized for green sake but I can't find it on the CD or anywhere on the disc.

There isn't any, Firaxis ran out of paper.

You access it via Steam.
It is available on the Civ V website.
It is on your harddrive as well.

A link next to Civ5 in the start menu would be helpful, I suppose.
