Where regulate the tax ???

Presing F1 the taxman in income say alsways 0, where can i raise the tax?? Pressing F1 i can regulate luxuries and science but no tax, where or how can i regulate the tax???

the tax is the total minus what you have applied to luxuries and science.

so if you have 30% science and 0% luxuries, then your tax is 70%.

Another way to think of it is that you collect a fixed amount of tax revenue. What you actually set is your budget for how much you want to spend on science and luxuries.
