Where will naval units appear?

    Is there a way to choose where naval units will appear in cities that touch two bodies of water?

    I wrote a thread about this, I don't know if I did also in this forum, however, if you want to choose where they spawn, remove all workers on water tiles but one. That last workers is where your boat will appear
