Now we have 4 leader packs + Julius Caesar out, which three have you liked the most?
Mine are:

1. Julius Caesar. Rome is already fun, and Caesar makes barb hunting a fun minigame with even more gold after researching steel.

2. Lincoln. Kind of a wild ability, but it's fun to mass a huge army. I noticed the hard way that economy must be in good fit, otherwise military might bankrupt your empire!

3. Wu Zetian. I was hoping for another espionage leader and her ability is prety cool and goes well with China's playstyle.

(edit: somehow I made so that votes are shown public, no need to so mods can change that if they can please). Moderator Action: Done --NZ

I voted for Nzinga, Yongle, and NeoCleo. I thought the Kongo was much more fun to play as her. I will never play Mvemba again. Yongle felt like a real laid back game, like I didn't have to do much of anything but sit back, grow cities, and reap the rewards. I think I got a science victory with him. It was a pretty chill game. Neo Cleo is fun, especially if you love making national parks and preserves. That can make for a nice relaxing game too.

I voted Tokugawa, Yongle, and Sundiata for their fun gameplay. I also appreciate Ramses for giving us an alternative to Cleopatra, but I didn't find his play style to be as enjoyable. NeoCleo, Caesar, and Uni-Qin are solid contenders as well.

Sundiata-Love this version of Mali. His design is also great.
Tokugawa-Love playing his version of Japan now more than Hojos.
Wu-To me spy games are interesting and hers fits in with China. Plus, I like her design.

I voted Yongle, Tokugawa, and Ana N'zinga.
Similar to others, I'm sure. Yongle was just good. It was an easy game, but it was nice to rush to size 10 cities using the food project.
Ana was mostly to play Kongo. Her actual bonus is actually pretty strong if you have a big continent, but it was a refresher from Mvemba. Even if not going for a religion, it just was a cleaner game.
Tokugawa was fun just to grow an empire without external trade routes, and to have super awesome internal routes.

I haven't gotten around to a few of them yet (Sundiata will be my next game). I feel like they could displace someone else and become a new favorite, but we'll see after I try them out.

NeoMali, NeoCleo and Ana Nzinga.

He's fun, especially if you are into playing as an obscenely rich person. Honestly, I think he might be even better than Musa since you don't have to be as dependent on having Desert Folklore/Work Ethic.

Anyway, my three are Sundiata, Tokugawa, and Suleiman. Tokugawa is probably the best leader out of the bunch and is fun to play with his amazing trade routes. I really like Suleiman because I feel he's the only alt leader in the game to really feel like he both works with his civ while also offering an alternate way to play that still feels "right" for that civ. Like, Tokugawa is cool and all but you can still play as tall Japan with Hojo. I feel NuSuleiman does push you play differently with the Ottomans by doing early conquests and then going for a science victory since its easy to chain Golden Ages in the late game and that's more beneficial in a science victory than a domination victory.

Tokugawa, Suleiman and Yongle for me. I haven't played the last pack. I wasn't a fan of Suleiman's ability when it was first revealed but actually playing with it proved me wrong. I found it quite fun.

Yongle is flexible. The freedom you get from being able to easily adapt to situations just feels good.

Artoo*.

*Ramesses / Ramses / Rameses the second.
Lol, I'm stealing this

I found myself voting more for leaders that released later. My picks were Tokugawa, NeoCleo, and Sundiata, the first and the last especially reminding me of Gathering Storm designs. Am I the only one that feels like the designs have been getting better as the pass continues?

I've only played a full game with N'zinga, so I guess she's my favourite. I've always liked Kongo, but with M'vemba's ability was more of a malus than anything else. I'm just too tired of Civ 6 to play at this point, but in theory, my other two picks would probably have been Yongle, for his tall buff, and Sundiata, as I like Mali, and great people are fun.

I voted for Nzinga, because I think she is a great leader who acctually should be a civ leader.
Even if I'm disapointed she is leading the Kongo and not her own civ.

I also vote for Sundiata Kenda, because I think is cool this deep looking in Mali history, it isn't just Mansa Musa.

voted nzinga mbande, uniqin, and neocleo. was gonna put abe over uniqin but then i remembered sukritact's rework isn't base game and pvolly shouldnt be included as a consideration for this vote

Which three have you liked the most? is a different question from Which three are your favorite?
Anyway, I didnt play many of them, just ones I liked:
1. Tokugawa - his LA is great for an internal builder gameplay
2. Qin Shi Huang Unifier - his LA modifies the nuisance of barbarians greatly
3. Ptolemaic Cleopatra - original Cleopatra was underwhelming. it required other players cooperating and I never knew if it was even used. As AI she was OK. Bonus yields are supercharging the river cities now.

Sundiata-Love this version of Mali. His design is also great.
Tokugawa-Love playing his version of Japan now more than Hojos.

Exactly the same three for me, they were all great in incentivizing you to play in a certain way that's somewhat unique to them. I rarely used offensive operations with spies before since they tended to get caught fairly often even after establishing sources but Wu Zetians spies were nigh unstoppable and helped carry me through higher difficulties than I would normally play.

Also honorable mention shoutout to Yongle who was also very fun to play around with. I thought the China pass would be my least favorite since playing the same base Civ 3 times would be repetitive but it ended up having 2 of the best leaders in the entire pass

I'm not going to vote because I've only played a full game with two (Caesar and Lincoln) and started a third with Ramses but I'm still in the Classical Era so I haven't seen much of him. I probably preferred Lincoln out of the two, but it's too small a sample for my vote to have value.

Tbh, I havent played much for the new leaders but I happened to choose Lincoln, Saladin the Magnificent and Julius Caesar. I tried Lincoln and Saladin online a few times and Julius just looks so much like the emperor of Rome from Gladiator movie which is why I chose him as my 3rd vote.
