While it's an issue between China and Taiwan, of course, I just think it's overall frivolous and pointless for both those nations and the world to try to pretend there are "multiple Chinas" anymore. And I don't actually know if the poll is meant to indicate real political movements or beliefs that older historical states should be restored but if so, I'd say that's pretty crazy as well. (except possibly the case for Tibet/far western territory of China which actually isn't mentioned...)

For Tibet and Uighur regions, the "best China" controversy is not applicable, they should have a "China or independence" contest.

Macau is just awesome, although Hong Kong and southern China are groovy too. I'll hopefully be seeing them in a few years.
