    Carthage.

It took literally every barbarian from Germany to China to overrun half the Roman Empire...and Carthage nearly conquered the whole thing single-handed. For that, I have nothing but respect for Carthage's power and influence :D

Edit: As an aside, if Carthage does get in, I wouldn't be surprised if their UU was specifically geared to stomping Praetorians ;)

Carthage. Was my favorite in Civ3, so I'm very much interested in what they'd be like in Civ4.

I'm also waiting for the ever elusive PHL/IND combo, but I can't think of anything besides maybe Babylon for that.

Uhh maybe calling them Hebrew would be better. Leader could be... well, they could have alot of leaders. Solomon or David namely.

I always figured they'd be the Hebrews. Fine with that. :D That's what they were in CTP2 when my fascist hebrews used to march all over the place conquering stuff :D :goodjob:

Also: Spiritual/Philisophical. Gotta be PHL due to all the Great People in their history. David, Soloman, Moses, Isiah, etc.

indians, they should be on undiscovered continents. These indians should be rich in treasures, easy to trade with, easy to converte, easy to conquer.
yeah you can do eveything with the indians, exploide them or put them in the register, labelled friends.

Philisophical would have been my other choice. Really you could even make the arguament for phi/ind but spiritual has to be there.

A Native American civilization like the Navajo, Cherokee, or Apache!!!
Chief Hiawatha was one of my favorite leaders from Civ III and I would hate to see the idea of Native American leaders in future Civ
    IV expansions fall into oblivion.
