lust by far....... but once you think about it, lust is wanting after a thing you don't have, so wouldn't that overlap with greed?

More likely it would overlap with envy.

but then you would be envying the woman (or man's?) body? that doesn't make much sense especially if you're of the opposite gender.....

No, I think the overlap between Cupiditas (greed) and Concupiscence (lust, more literally "becoming strongly desirous" is greater than that between lust an envy.

Edit: I just realized that neither of those are the terms the church uses for the deadly sins. They are roughly synonymous though.

I don't even know what most of them mean... Apart from Envy and Pride, I only learned about those very, very late (in the past year or so). Greed is another one that I know, but I've never heard of Gluttony before, and I only learned about what Wrath means very late.

It's also the first time I heard about the term "sloth". Is it basically laziness? Or am I missing something from the definitions I found?
And what's the difference between Gluttony and Greed?

    That is called pride. :nono:
Gluttony is basically overindulgence. Now generally it refers to food, but it is basically referring to someone someone who is a pleasure seeker to the extreme, that all he wants is to please himself and no one else. You could almost say that each of the seven deadly sins are just different aspects of sin overall. Greed is dealing with money, or more specifically, the love of it.

Mine is most definitely lust, since I am youngish male who does not have a girlfriend, so that is the only alternative.

If there are so many slothful people here, why did they bother to vote in the poll? Now that would be a characteristic of a slothful person.

Wrath lately. I think it's the stress of having the my future at work in question since December and not likely to be resolved for another couple months.

Some Deadly Sins though are ongoing - like Sloth, it's sort of a lifestyle, whereas Lust is more intermittent: see a pretty girl, Lust, girl goes, stop Lust, see a sexy girl, Lust, girl leaves, etc. So I suppose I commit Lust most often as it's a separate incident each time, but Sloth lasts longer per incident (like the whole day counts as one Sloth incident). Never mind, I'm babbling...
