Which gender, men or women, do you think is more romantic in general? I'm going to leave the definition of romantic upto you, but aruging your point will certainly be interesting.

I'm going with my gut which says that men are more romantic, but I'm not sure.

I'm a hell of a romantic, but other guys I know consider romance to be whatever it takes to get the woman into bed. I also know ladies of both types as well. It's even I'd say.

Women want romance, but they want men to actually deliver romance. So technically, men are more romantic :p

It actually works out quite well. Most men want a woman to be all sexy and wear sexy lingerie and stuff -- which is a man's idea of romance -- and women deliver that, rather than "woman romance", which would be all like random picnics in the park or roses and stuff. I mean, if a woman actually was romantic, I don't think a guy would like it, you know?

I think generally women want more romance, but aren't willing to do much to that end because most men don't appear to appreciate it.

Men probably make more effort to be romantic because they generally make more effort to get laid.

I'm not sure which is "more romantic" than the other.

I voted "I'm a man. Women are more romantic." I'm essentially just defining "romantic" as "those elements of courtship that our society associates with women, and with which women are expected by society to associate." So, by definition, it's women.

I think the real question here is:

Do you think romantic is which more gender?

Women think they want romance, I'm pretty sure they want comfortable mundane-ness :P

(PS: female, and I think men are more romantic)

Does the term "spread her legs" really describe the right action? What is the woman spreading her legs on exactly? :dunno:
