Can you identify with any Hollywood movie character (somewhat)?

I can. It's "Travis" from "Taxi Driver" for me.

That's sad.

I would be Brick Top. Do you know what "nemesis" means?

I always wanted to be Indiana Jones when I was a kid. But I am probably more like a cross between Becker, and Quark from DS9.

"Are you talking to me?!"

Nemesis is the name of the ancient greek godness of retributive justice.

Probably that kid in A Christmas Story. You know, the one who wanted a Red Rider BB gun. My mom is convinced I used to look just like him when I was a wee lad.

At different times, I'm like different characters. Sometimes I behave like Shari Anne (played by Jennifer Coolage) in the indie pic "Best in Show." If any of you have seen that movie, you'll laugh because I love my makeup and I've done makeovers for fun on my poor unsuspecting picture. In joke if you've seen the movie: "I can give you a lovely Sophia Loren Persian eye." ;)

Taxi Driver was an awesome movie, and Travis was in some ways admirable. But he was just a little too pathetic. Most people don't pick up on this, but the way he went out of his way to "rescue" a girl who for maybe one night wanted to be freed was a little weird. He seems like he wanted not so much to rescue Jody Foster's character, but to be important in her life. Just like he was obssessing over Cybil Shepherd. So while Travis is cool, at the same time he is a little more pathetic than most people. I'm sure you weren't talking about this though. Right? Your not killing pimps are you?

As far as "do you know what nemesis means?" That is a Brick Top quote from the movie Snatch.

On my bad days I'm Darth Vader, from Star Wars.

On my average day I'm Bender from Futurama.

One could be initially characterized as an amalgam of Travis Bickle, Mick Travis, Arthur from Excalibur, Amon Goeth, Lucky Jack Aubrey, Aragorn II, School Bully from Tomkinson's Schooldays, Eric Liddell, Justin McLeod, Hando and many others.

But upon consideration, one is far too unique to fall into easy categorization.

Wasn't she the lesbian? ;)

Anyway, I can't say I identify with alot of Hollywood characters. I'd like to think I'm kind of like Spike, though (I'm probably not, but...).

If I'm allowed to extend to TV characters, I'd like to think of myself as a composite of Adrian Mole, Dr. Sam Beckett from "Quantum Leap," and Lt. Reginald Barclay from "Star Trek: TNG".

If you want to stick to movies, Mario, I guess I must be Frodo in LOTR - crossed with Johnny English.

If I can go with TV its George from Seinfeld.

I am probably most like Vincent from Pulp Fiction. Or maybe Jet from Cowboy Bebop. Really it depends on who you talk to.

Sorry, George is already taken. You can have Newman though.

Okay, I'll revert to Archie Bunker and just in case you need to shapeshift, I'll reserve the Meathead for you.
