I watched JCVD yesterday. I highly recommend it. If you don't like Jean Claude Van Damme movies you will like it. If you like Jean Claude Van Damme movies you will love it.

I saw The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly for the first time tonight. It was a fantastically good movie. I have very little bad to say about it, aside from the occasional ugly lypsincing. (Yes, I had to do that.)

You realize that the movie was filmed in Spanish and Italian except for the lead actors, right? Spaghetti western?

"The Mist"

It's based on a Stephen King novella. Lots of monsters and mayhem.

"Sunshine" SciFi flick─the Sun is dying and a spaceship carrying a special payload is sent to revive it.

Since HBO gave me a free week, I caught up on a few things that I missed in the theaters.

Sex Drive: Funny, not the best movie in the world, but still funny

I Love You, Man: Hilarious and good

The Informant!: Very Cohen Brothers-esque, and for that reason I loved it

"Easy A"... Was actually good. I hate the whole American high school theme with all of it's "troubled" teenagers and crap. But this I actually enjoyed. It was refreshing to see a movie with high school theme that didn't have all the usual crap in it that follows and actually has an interesting plot.

What made me enjoy it the most though is that it didn't have those damn teenagers with their stupid "mommy-daddy issues", of which it seems Hollywood can't get enough of. I'm talking about those ungrateful frak ups who have "problems" with their parents, because they work too much so the ungrateful bastard have everything he/she needs. Or blaming the mother or not talking to her, because daddy left them - you poor bastard, Grow the FRAK UP!

Yeah. That made it forgivable. It was pretty distracting at times though.
