I would eat everything. And I actually ate foie gras (still have a couple of jars at home, one of them homemade by my grandmother, yummy).

It's pretty revealing that France and China, the two countries with the most sophisticated cuisine, trust 4 places out of 6 on this list.

only one I have eaten and will gladly do so again is #4.

though... live sashimi? meh, I don't have a lot of empathy for fish I have to confess so it could happen.

Makes me laugh in disgust. But awesome article, never the less. Thanks.
Of course I wouldnt eat a thing of any of these "dishes".

Awesome page.

While #4 looks delicious, I'm not so sure I can eat it after reading the article.

How do you define sophisticated?

I would only eat #2 and #3. I don't like eating things while they're alive, and the foi gras sounds cruel even to me. But the wind dried chicken sounds freaking delicious.

Foie gras is quite good. Didn't know it was made like that, though.

Personally I don't like fish and I'd be squeamish and eating one which is still alive. it would be kind of weird. And eating a raw donkey while hearing it being cut apart outside isn't my idea of kinky.
