This includes both World Wonders and Natural Wonders.

I would like these:

Zeus Statue (the game doesn't feel complete without all 7 wonders of the ancient world)
Notre Dame (the most recognizable example of Gothic architecture)
Neuschwanstein (beautiful and famous German castle)
Borobudur (I think Southeast Asia needs more wonders and this is definitely a good name)
CN Tower (because it's a modern wonder and I'd like to have more things to do in the game later)
Himeji Castle (beautiful Japanese castle)

I would like these too, at a lower priority: Leaning Tower of Pisa, Louvre, Abu Simbel, Globe Theater, Temple of Heaven, Santa Maria del Fiore, Church of Saint George, (or just Lalibela), Porcelain Tower and Hwangnyongsa.

Pentagon - that epic militiary command center from New World.
Titanic - that ill-fated cruise liner from industrial era.
The Great Firewall - say NO to stolen techs!
Doomsday Granary - the last hope in getting ariculture going in case of apocalypse.
Globe Theatre - To be or not to be?
Burj Khalifa - tallest wonder as for now.
Space Elevator - we really need future era wonders.
Nanite Defuser - Nuclear weapons Be gone!
Hollywood - Movies take the world!
Dinosaur Park - Prehistoric horrors gone real.
UN - A new home for world congress.
Sagrada Familia - Epic spanish cathedral.

Man-made Wonders

Borobudur
Burj Khalifa
Globe Theatre
Great Mosque (Mecca)
Leaning Tower of Pisa
Louvre
Notre-Dame de Paris
Mesa Verde
Pantheon
Santa Maria del Fiore
Statue of Zeus at Olympia
Uffizi

Obviously have a European bias. More SE Asia would be good but I am woefully undereducated on the topic.

Natural Wonders

Citlaltépetl
Denali
Grand Canyon
Ngorongoro Crater
Salar de Uyuni

There is definitely other cool stuff but this is not my forte.

Notre Dame
Himeji Castle
The Shinkansen
The Kremlin
The Alamo
Borobudur

I think the game lacks modern wonders in the sense of "modern architecture". That's why I'd like having buildings such as:

Frank Lloyd Wright's Fallingwater
Mies van der Rohe's New National Gallery
Le Corbusier's Villa Savoye
Gropius' Bauhaus School
Salmona's Torres del Parque

Three of those are UNESCO World Heritage Sites and the other two are national monuments in their respective countries.

They could be included as wonders for the modern/atomic eras. I'd be happy with at least one of those, as well as an overhaul of the current city-center buildings in the more recent eras of the game. I'd also be happy if at least one of them appears as a Great Person, though Alvar Aalto's inclusion is something I appreciate as well.

Also
Notre-Dame de Paris
Neuschwanstein
Alcázar de Segovia
Borobudur
The Statue of Zeus
The Great Mosque of Isfahan
Empire State Building
