Who do you kill first?

So here's another sort-of-a-poll thread of mine, but what I am wondering is what Civs you absolutely despise, and for what reasons. I'm talking those Civs that, when they show up, you immediately start planning their burnination. I realize that there are some obvious choices out there, so to make things a bit more interesting post your top three. And although it's not necessary, maybe try to not just include 3 Warmongers in the mix.

Anyways, here's my top 3 most hated:

Incan
I'm sure some people are surprised by this choice (after all Bioelectricclam, if you are going to hate an American Civ hate Monty), but Huayna Capac is one of those Civs that just gets under my skin. This is because he tends to beat me to most religions (I've yelled at the screen several times, demanding why Capac is so greedy when he already has two religions to take a third), is a tech monster (warmongers HATE it when tech fiends pull ahead...just one brief campaign and I swear I'm in the Rennaisance when Capac has Nukes...), and tends to start too far away from me for me to rush him. This doesn't even include the fact that he tends to have the biggest borders in the game, often sucking up huge continents all for himself and his three billion maxed cottages. Include the fact that his sneer is judging me whenever we talk, and that makes him more than enough to get included in my kill on sight list.

Louise the Fourteenth

King Lou is a backstabber, pure and simple. Anytime this guy tries to bribe me into war, I send my troops towards his cities in preparation for the inevitable turnabout. The problem is that unlike most backstabbers, Lou tends to have technological and military parity with me, and lots of friends on the side. Usually vassalizes countries that I've been working hard to conquer, trades away essential military resources like horse and iron to my enemies (I know its him...I can just tell), and generally has such high culture that even if I try to take over his cities I'll just end up with tiny little flecks of red (I'm usually Tokugawa) in a sea of Royal Blue. Definately a guy I want to find sooner rather than latter in the game (late game Lou is a monster; early game Lou is a kitten).

Julius Cesar
And finally, Jules. The thing about the Romans is that usually they won't do anything for half the game (which is bizarre seeing as how human players tend to rush with the Romans) but sit on their small little corner of the globe. You'll be lulled into a false sense of security (after all, they do only have 3 cities), while that Power graph shows otherwise. Forget the Germans, the Romans are the king of Blitzkrieg in Civ IV. And because Jules is so very sneaky, he makes my top three.

I realize most people will say "Shaka" or "Monty", and yes, they can be annoying. Just wanted to point out that while Warmongers are going to require military power to deal with, at least you know what you are getting. It's the sneaky ones that I tend to hate, as you can tell.

I would have to say Izzy, Monty, and Tokugawa. Izzy just plain won't do squat to help you if you're not the same religion. Monty is the most likely to just up and declare war on you, and Tokugawa is just useless with his isolationist mess and easy to take out. The only BTS that seems like that is Shaka, only played against him once.

Catherine!

She is ALWAYS a pain in the ass. The one time I got along with her great - awesome tech trades, defensive pact, high positives in the ratings - she declared on me just as I had moved all my assets to the opposite corner of my empire to start a war on a weaker race.

She always techs well, and if she's a neighbour, she'll choke your territory.

Well I learned from that. The whole relationship was a lie. The one time I thought we had something special, I let it blind me to the problems we had in the past.

Sounds like a lot of my real life relationships to be honest.

For some reason Isabella and Saladin always hate me, so I get rid of them quickly!

Pascal Pascal Pascal!!!!

He is super human, the only AI that is constantly ahead of me in tech. Plus hes has some mental issues, always twitching and getting pissed when i contact him, even if we are friendly.
No wonder hes diplo music is so weird :)

Pascal was an OK language, why kill it? ;)

I actually happen to really like the Mayan music.

I love it to, its just wacko...and i think we both already stated this in the "Civ music" thread :)

Shaka.... before he vassalizes Monty, Mansa and GK and launches all of them and himself over my shiny cities ( loosely based in a game of mine... huge war, and the winner was willem , that was teching peacefully in the other side of the world..... :gripe: )

Rule of thumb is, as said, whoever's closest. Beyond that:

I'll kill Louis to avoid the cultural press
Montezuma to nip it in the bud -- rather get him early than before he gets a massive army of his own
If I can get Caesar before he gets iron, I will
I've also taken out Boudica a LOT in early games, though without specifically trying.

The answer is simple: Julius Cesar.
In most of my games Julius Cesar is very weak and far behind in teach BUT there are some games where he is in the first or second place and then you really dont know what to do with your self:

In one hand, you want to make him weak as possible. No trade of goods open borders or teach but then he will probelly hate you, declare war one you and then bring all the other civs to destroy you as well.

In the other hand, you know that if you will help him, it is still a very good possiblity that this back stabig leader will attack you any way and you have just made him stronger!

Top three?
Here goes:
Willem Van Oranje:
He is always pressing culturally, often aims straight for a victory type (cultural or space race), and often outtechs me. His late UB is so overpowered that he musnt reach it. Kill!

Pacal II:
He is so annoying! Even when I think, when I meet him, that we can be friends, I end up DoWing him. He is so annoying! Kill!

Huayna Capac:
Techwhore who always get his settlers to my favorite spot one turn before me. Ridiculous uniques, but fair traits (and unfair AI!). KILL!

1) The psychos (people you KNOW are going to attack you).

2) The hermits (people who won't trade techs even if you've got +14 with them)

3) Anybody else who gets in my way.

It is not nice to whipe out complete civs ,

Who ever is near and easy victim wil be killed :D

I always kill gandhi and cyrus first because they always beats me in building wonders. I befriend warmongers, except for monty and toku, I just can't get along with them

anything french, spanish chinese or egyptian.. and the DUTCH! seriously i will sail four continents to get to the dutch, i hate william that little rat.

don't take it for racism, i just can't stand any of the leaders within these nations.

I typically rush the easy targets (mostly the peaceful leaders), then complain for centuries that I'm stuck on a continent populated only with jerks.
