Who to Pre-Purchase through?

I waited forever before preordering because I was holding out hope that there'd be a collectors/Limited edition with an artbook and maybe some figurines, like there was for CiV. Sadly I was disapointed.

Well I think from 2K's standpoint, this is actually a pretty risky game. Between the people that are put off because "it's a re-skin of Civ V" and the people that are put off because "it's too alien" / "it's not historical", it's more of an uphill climb than usual to get people to buy in. I can imagine them making some physical goods and selling them in a "Gold" / "Complete" edition if the game does well.
