Why Cheiftan?

How do I move up from Chieftan (on this forum anyway). Also in response to someone's comment about how 7 civs is good. I agree, the more competition the better! Also, here is a map I created the other day, it represents the NYC area, it may not work for GOTM (though I think it would be interesting), just something I did up the other day. Take care GOTMers.
