I am just curious as to why this happens sometimes. I often avoid the archery tech unless I absolultely need it. So in this game I was playing the AI(rome) had 250 gold, drama and archery tech. I obviously wanted the gold and thought
I could get drama+the gold. I offered music and the AI offered Drama, archey and 185 gold. I do not want archery but no matter what I did the Ai refused to give me more gold, in fact if I just wanted Drama and gold the AI was only willing to give me drama+180 gold, so EVEN less than with archery. This has happened quite a few times and why is this bug there?

- it's a known, but rare/obscure error where asking an AI what they think a fair deal is can have different results than asking an AI what they think of a deal you put together. I'm not sure why it happens, but it leads to AIs offering more when you ask them for a deal than when you offer them a deal.
