Is this supposed to be a discussion thread?

You really referenced a staunchly liberal comic artist, openly mocking conservatives to start this off? Interesting.

To balance out the irony though, I've got a couple of quotes:

Ayn Rand: "There are two sides to every issue... the middle is always evil"

and of course

Spoiler :
only a Sith deals in absolutes

While an excellent argument against fallacy of the mean, it says nothing about whether or not a particular position is right. There are lots of arguments against being extremist beyond simple appeals to the golden mean fallacy.

Also, while Dana Simpson is a wonderful cartoonist, she's a dirty socialist. Might not want to touch her cartoons, you might catch collectivism, or even common sense.

Moderation of the mean is less common then the moderation of two extremes.
McCain likes that one.

I say, avoid the issue altogether and play Mass Effect.

I'm confused. Are we as a forum in the process of being dominated?

I'm not an extremists see, so I can't tell.

Paragades suck and are only played by bipolar completionist whores

Or racists. I like being paragon towards humans and renegade towards alian.
Oh, and I'm an obsessive completionist...

On topic: Disapponted by the OP, I hoped this would be a thread about people like Mohammed Atta, instead it's just a libertarian advocating the complete extermination of kittens.

Has anyone else noticed that the OP always sounds butthurt?

This. :goodjob:

Leave it to a troll to troll against their own side.

Perhaps we do need more leftists to fight right-wing punditry at its own game.

You already have Keith Olbermann. He doesn't have anything to offer but petty namecalling...even Jon Stewart dedicated an episode to calling him out for it.

Alan Grayson doctored a video of his opponent to make it look like he was saying the opposite of what he was really saying. Some people on this board called him 'awesome' for it. I guess truth doesn't matter to them as long as your 'team' wins.

I think W was one of the worst Presidents in history, but that one cartoon was a bald faced lie. Liberals didn't say "I disagree with Bush's policies". There was no shortage of hate, venom, and personal attacks.

I'm pretty generally certain that on the whole, it's the less-intelligent people who gravitate to polarized, one-for-all and all-for-one views of life and politics.

Moderator Action: Poor OP -> poor thread -> closed.
