Why wont any of my mods work?

All of my unenabled mods say "another version of this mod is already enabled", even if i only have one version of the mod and it isnt enabled. i can turn off any mod that is already on but if i try turning any on (even if i just turned it off) it gives me that message.

so noone has any ideas how to fix the mods since the last patch? this really isnt cool, i can install mods but as soon as i try enabling them it says i have another version enabled. is there something in the config file that might have been messed up, what gives?

i had this happen after the last patch update. what solved my problem was to uncheck all mods, then restart the game. once you go back to mods, it should work.
