Why Won't You Die, Spyware? DIE!

I turn on my computer today and there is a friendly "SearchBar" right on top of the toolbar on the bottom of the screen. I'm pretty sure its from spyware.

So, can someone post a program to kill spyware? I think Jeratain had one...
