Will Civilization 4 (Warlords) and CivCity: Rome be interactive?

My understanding is that both Civilization 4 Warlords and CivCity: Rome are both coming out this summer. I heard that they are similiar to "the Sims" to "SimCity 4" interaction, where your Sims can move into houses on your SimCity games.

Will you be able to build cities within Empire maps you create on Civilization 4?

And also seeing that no one is talking about CivCity: Rome, my last question will be, did you even know it is coming out in July 2006?

I haven't heard anything like that.

And Civcity only covers about what is a 2 dozen turns in a Civ game. It wouldn't be feasable.

in answer to your second question - yes I knew, and don't really give a... you know what. I think city building games and the sims in general are boring to the extreme. My honest opinion.
