Will Civilization V have RFC?

Ever since I heard the game was coming out it's been the only thing on my mind. Rhye's and Fall is really the only reason I still play Civ IV. If somebody already knew or could get the answer from Rhye himself, that would make my day.

well, let's wait and see how civ5 is. We don't know anything about it yet.
If the following are true:
1-civ5 is like civ4 in the mechanics or has a poor Earth map
2-civ5 is as moddable as civ4
3-I have spare time
There will be a RFC for civ5

So I guess it depends on how the game is made, and how much free time he has
