If So, give a me a example of a civ 4 scenario i can play because i play TCW on Civ3 & its like instanteous turns & most times !

It should do, but people sometimes have strange issues (as you'll see if you look through these pages) even if their system is better than yours. Civ 4 is not multicore aware so you will not get it to use more than 25% of your processor. I run on an i7 960 with one of the new ATI dx11 cards, but I do not run scenarios so can not recommend anything. You would do better to look in the creation and customisation forum and find a scenario there.

Hmm, Broken Star scenario is like instanteous to me , & Next War is fast too, But eh what the hell, the CPU is good but it sucks i can't use %25 of it? :'( thanks anyway
