Win XP Right Click Options

How do I modify them? There's a ton of em on there I don't want there. There even one there from a program that is not on my computer anymore.

There's a few options in a sub-menu that I want right on top because I use them so much. I've searched around a bit and haven't come up with anything concrete.

edit - btw i found that on the wiki for "[wiki]context menu[/wiki]"... apparently this was annoying enough to stick in the "external links" section!
