Windows 10 and VB 2008 Express

Important Question: Will Visual Basic 2008 Express Edition be compatible and work with Windows 10?

The last thing I want to do is perform an upgrade of my operating system (from Windows 7 to Windows 10) and discover I can no longer compile DLLs for Civ4 BTS.

Then dont man, if its aint broken dont fix it. Stick to 7, its What i do.

It worked for me at least. But I don't exactly remember which make file and other settings I used.
