Are you interested in winter sports? No matter if you are, will you watch the Olympics? And if yes, which particular sport is your favourite and why?

per olofsson, who problary has the best trained body in the world, will take at least three gold. that feels good.

the ice hockey will also be intresting.

HOCKEY!!!!!:goodjob:

(but my namesake won't be playing :( )

Yeah, they're taking place in Salt Lake City, which (for those of you outside the United States) is the armpit of America!

I can't imagine how much they must have bribed those officials to get the games in that hellhole. Warning for everyone who is going to hear bad stories about Salt Lake City: It is a Mormon enclaves. Mormons moved there in the ninteenth century from the east coast because the Americans threw them out. We let the join the Union later as long as they promised not to leave Utah, which is a desert with a big lake. Salt Lake City does NOT represent America.

Oh, yeah, I don't care about the olympics. Boring sports. I love basketball, and that is about it.

yeah, that´s pity.:( but watch the tactic sweden will be using, it´s quite different then how other teams play.

it will also be interesting to see if the american audience acts a bit better then it did in atlanta.

Your ignorance is so staggering I'm surprised you have the capacity to push the keys on your keyboard in any logical order. I used to believe in God as wholly good and omnipotent, but since he allows dumsh!ts like you to poison his Earth or even exist then surely existence is a cruel joke.

Yea Sweden will really kick some a$$ this year! I will surely watch the hockey games... hope it will be as exiting as the time we beat the Canadians in the final 1994(was it?)...

This was some of the sadest BS I have ever heard... your statements is purely Nationalistic (Nazism short for that...), and like Americans would be any better then Mormons?!

It's because of people like you we even had a second World War!

Crawl back into the swamp!

On topic: I rarely watch the Olympics, but I plan on at least watching the hockey this year.

It should be cool.

And the audience wasn't the problem last year, it was the players.

After hearing how much TV1 (finnish national TV) spends on olympics annually,
I decided to go outside jogging and do some sport myself.

Hockey, of course. And some downhill skiing ... always fun to watch.
I heard the hockey games are gonna be played in a Mormon city where you can't even buy beer.
Imagine this applied to soccer games in Europe  At least you can drink in Salt Lake City.

I'll be watching the bobsled, the luge (that's probably not spelt right, but I'm talking about the one man bobsled thing) and the curling

 Wow. I converted an athiest and got accused of being a Nazi (there's a first time for everything).

I guess my attempts at massive overstatement missed its target :o

Don't take that Nazi stuff too serious, I just thought you were kinda ruff against Mormons...
