Witch upgrade do I use?

Hi,
I've a bit of a problem.

A long time ago I had some upgrade for civilization and with it I could play and create scenario's with a modified units.gif, cities.gif, rules.txt etc. I believe the scenario's were in a submap in the civilization map, called scenario(s). Somehow, I lost it and now I want to make my own scenario's (modpacks) again. My problem: I don't know witch upgrade that was. Could someone please tell me? There are so many upgrades...
