The reason I suggested peace in the first part was so we could move into Republic during our GA without any war-weariness. Although gorm does have another good point. With those two turndra citieswe can keep him as a vassel to steal his free techs & he'll never be a threat with so little production.

Yes and even on Deity Bizzy would have a hard time keeping up...
He's not getting much science with two small tundra cities, and he's not generating the currency to buy techs either, evie said all he's willing to give for peace was a WM and 13 gold..

since he is such a socialpath/psychopath he could make that insane decision in the future to go to war with us with his two cities (I've seen this happen) and then draw bigger and better civs into the conflict, I think it's best just to wipe him out, but that's just my two cents and it's not my turn anyway

Is that a good or a bad thing? You said you wanted infastructure. I'm lining up some troops for Bizzy for next time. I want to eventually take him out. I wish I hadn't signed a peace treaty. I think we should either wait for the PT to run out in 20 turns, or to goad Bizzy into attacking us. We could get war happiness for just enough time to get them Krauts!
