Abe(next target)- 3 turns left on peace treaty(huh??), up Nat/down M & SP. I would trade for Nat since thats what were researching, BUT I dont want the AI cities growing above 12 & giving them a defense bonus/ nor do I want their production being doubled with railroads. Well self research Nat. Also when our peace treaty with Abe comes up for review in 3 turns, were going to war even if were not finished with Gandhi yet, I dont want to get stuck in 20 turns of peace.
Set all Indian cities on starvation diets, & pull up about 40 additional gpt from tax collectors.
WW is up to 40% in some cities.
IT- Watch as Indian longbows decimate a group of cavs without any defense next to Jaipur.
WW continues to rise & another city riots.*shrug*
1- Spot some rifles guarding cities, casualty rate just doubled for us.
Normally while Id rush ToE with Tojo, Im more inclined to go with Universal Suffrage for some reason.
Change Kyoto from ToE(17) to factory(1 & no waste).
Change Leipzig from US(22) to ToE(12). Saving us 5 turns off Theory.
Tojo rushes US in Babylon.
-As a side note Shimonsosike was prebuilding a palace(??), Im guessing for Hoover. I switched it to a factory with a palace on queue so it will have many more shields when were ready for Hoover. Factory due in 3.
As a bit of constructive criticism who ever loaded up the galleys for assult on India was planning on a quick offensive sweep across the island met with little to no resistance. I have a ton of offensive troops at my disposal but next to no defensive or artillery.
I think its better to plan for the worst and expect the best, then to be surprised by the enemy.
IT- Complete US.
Calcutta jumps ship back to the Indians. Thats what we get for not starving them.
2- Retake Calcutta, which comes with 4 resisters.
Cav army killed by reg rifle, without wounding it. Gotta love the RNG

Vet cav kills the same rifle.
Take Jaipur, 9 resisters.
Capture Hyderabad, 5 resisters.
IT-Lose gems & wines. Basically we have to part with M or SP to get them back, & since its the IT they AI will sell them around. I decide to deal with a couple(I hope) cities rioting for 1 turn & renegotiate on my turn where I can trade Med to everyone.
3- Whew! Only 1 city rioted. Trade Med to Mao for Gems, Nationalism, 14gpt, & 63g. We could have gotten more but thats all he had. I bump lux back to 0%, we were throwing away 155gpt at 20%! Ill deal with unhappiness on a city by city basis & build some cathedrals if I have to. Trade Med to Cleo for 63gpt & 9g. Abe can offer 50gpt & 40g, I could give it to him for 40g to avoid the AI getting money for it, but Id rather he have to buy it from the AI & throw his gpt to a civ were gonna be friendly with.
Start on Atomic Theory with Electricity for Hoover planned next. Due in 6 at 144gpt.
4- Capture Punjab, 2 resistors.
That leaves India with with only Indus, which just happens to be on the coast & border the heartland of America.
IT- Abe offers us Spices for furs & 100gpt.

5- 2 Galleons loaded up with troops to send to Indus, many more on the way.
IT- India dumps a sword & 2 warriors on their old island.
6- Troops step off ships next to Indus.
IT- Complete Military Academy!! I gotta say we didnt pick the best city for the MA, you want it in your absolute most productive city. Although Osakas not bad by a long shot, not that it really matters at this point.
7- Capture Indus, 0 resistors. We have destroyed the weak Indians, I immediately turn my eye to America the beautiful.
IT- Abe demands we leave his territory. I, of course, graciously comply & watch Abe march a stack into our border. America has declared war on us. Woopie!! War-happiness when we already only had like 3 unhappy people in the whole continents.
Abe goes on a rampage, attacking our newly captured city over & over. Our troops hold their ground well but the cavs easily outnumber them 5 to 1. Finally a couple rifles die, then a cav, then 2 samarias, and were left with only a redlined musket

Which Abe doesnt attack, & decides hed rather go after our newly landed stack with his last 2 attacks. ?!? WTH?! I was actually enjoying that until the AI had to go mess it up. Losing that city defiantly would have made the invasion harder & gave us some excitement at the end instead of just mowing them over. Leave it to the AI to throw away their only shot, it was a good sneak attack though.

Not much, lick my wounds & get some more transports dumped.
IT- Sam army goes crazy & kills like 6 cavs before they even take one hp off him, well the cannons helped a little too.

Learn Atomic Theory. Start on Electronics due in 6.
9- Start march on Atlanta.
10- Troops ready to attack ATL next turn.

*If the next person can mop up about half the American cities(PLEASE starve them down this time) & then rush a temple as soon as the resistors have moved out theyll probably achieve domination during their turn. And with some RNG luck you should have no problem with that(I left you 50 troops between Indus & Atl with more on the way).
*Theory of Evolution to be produced in 2 turns, Electronics due from research in 5 with 1 turn of research in it. Obviously this isnt close to the timing we want. I suggest either putting research to zero until we get ToE, or slowing down ToEs build by 3 turns if you can. It would be perfect if we can complete Theory the same turn as we research Electronics(for anyone that hasnt done this youll get Electronics, then get to chose 2 additional bonus techs).
