There really didn't happen much, first we got two tiles polluted which caused Moscow to starve to 18, then Persia built SETI 2 turns before us and we lost some 800 shields...

Then I waited a few turns, and in 1840 it happened...:

Nothing else really happened, and the SETI wouldn't have affected the win, I think.
