is there a mod or something where you can have biological bombs (a bomb that creates a plague like rhys and fall in Civ IV). And chemical bombs. this will make the modern era more real.

Have you played newkingdoms by any chance?

PS no I don't believe there are any mods that add those.

it was a game with biological, chemical and nuclear weapons but it is not playable atm so forget about it I guess
