WoC doesn't load.

I'm trying to load WoC... I got BTS over Steam, and I'm running Windows 7. When I go to load a mod, I select WoC, it exits out (like it should) and doesn't return (like it shouldn't) What's up?

If you are using the 3.19 patch(the most update patch) then the WoC Full or Core was never completely updated to 3.19. I am sorry. We just have not had enough time to do it.
