The Middle Ages have begun, and nice wonders are for those who want to build them.

Currently, all 5 known civs are building The Great Wall. Let's assume that the Great Wall is built before either theology or feudalism is learned. Then all wonder building has stopped and we have the great opportunity to get both Sun Tzu's and Sistine (or Leonardo's) because there will be no more cascades.

What we would need are 2 cities with high production and pre-builds already started. And these cities must be able to sustain high pop without riots.

Scenario:
Select Deux Rivieres and Vandelay as wonder cities. Both get libraries asap (for culture and to strengthen our research) or temples for more happiness. Usually I also build markets, but with only 3 luxuries available, it is not essential. Afterwards Vandelay starts pre-building with a palace, Deux Rivieres with a market.

I would even hurry the libraries/temples the moment The Great Wall is finished and there is no cascading. This way, we should get 2 prime wonders for Fanatica.

Risks:
Theology or feudalism is researched and there are cascades. We will not get the wonders, but we also loose nothing.

The as yet unknown civs are more advanced and are already working on the wonders. In this case, the cities build markets, cathedrals, or universities. (We should try to make contact.)

Leo's workshop is nice later in the game and Sun Tzu's would really help us since we have litte barracks

It is unlikely the 4 unknowns are more advanced than us. We have 3 Scientific civs and 6 outweigh 4 by a lot. Who knows; it can easily be 2 and 2 instead of 4. Let's assume the 4 are (way) behind.

I think it is good to go wonder-hunting, but to sacrifice 2 cities to do that is too much to my liking. 1 high production city is fine by me, but not 2.

Why do you want libraries in that city ? A temple and a market I understand, for happyness. I don't see the need for a lib.

What wonders do we want / need ? And which ones are feasible ? Sun Tzu is nice indeed, but then we need to stop building barracks now. I fear this wonder comes too early, thus before the cascade is dead. Myself I prefer Sixtine's or Bach's; happyness is always good. Leonardo is not worth the effort, especially when we haven't got any productive cities.

Our current high-production city is Vo Mibre, followed closely by Huntington and Santa Lucia.

Let's take all three of those, and prep them for wonder builds. All three are decent commerce, but not spectacular - so I'd like to concentrate on getting them happy and productive.

Vo Mibre
Size: 5
Shields: 6 usable, 1 waste
Comm: 12 usable, 1 waste
Corruption: LOW
Citizens: 2H, 1C, 2U

Huntington
Size: 5
Shields: 5 usable, 1 waste
Comm: 11 usable, 1 waste
Corruption: LOW
Citizens: 2H, 2U, 1Tax

Santa Lucia
Size: 4
Shields: 5 usable, 1 waste
Comm: 10 usable, 1 waste
Citizens: 2H, 2U

For all three, let's start, and rush, Temples. This will help their happiness situation. Libraries are good for culture and science - ignore that for now. There are a lot of wonders that are useful in the Middle Age, we must start prepping for them NOW.

As each city completes the temple, an Aquaduct is started if needed, then rushed. Finally, a pre-build is started. We'll use whatever we can for the pre-build.

We will have Fuedalism soon, so that gives us Sun Tzu's to build.

We are dependant on our research developing wonder techs, but a bee-line to Education gives us the Sistine Chapel.

We then have a choice:
A. Push to Econ. (2 techs) gives us Smith's Trading.
B. Music Theory (1 tech) gives us Bach's Cathedral
C. Engineering, then Invention gives us Leo's, and next up is Gunpowder, and our UU and the trigger for a Golden Age.

I like option C because it could give us a well-timed GA, enough to push us to getting a significant number of wonders IF we start preparing now.

Let's start prepping those three cities right now for wonders.
