The planning thread for the Wonder Civ Mod.
The idea behind this is taken from "Age of Empires 3" where you can ally with native tribes. In the game you fight over outposts to get control of other tribe units. However for Civ 4 I thought it might be interesting to make them wonders instead. Thus whomever controls the city with it built controls the tribal civ ally.
Here are some ideas. However I have no idea what to do for stats yet. Possibly they will give unique promotions or even unique units.
