Wonder Combos That Pair Well

I'm curious if anyone has any thoughts on Wonders that are not grossly mated but when paired bump both up a tier notch. I'll start with the Gate of All Nations (+2 War Support) and the Mausoleum of Theodoric (+3 production, +100% yields from pillaging, and +1 Military Attribute point).

Rationale:
-Compliment each other in long-running wars.
-Useful for pillaging cities you cannot or don't want to take due to city cap limit.
-Makes what would otherwise be considered hopeless AI declarations less of a nuisance

Both are S-tier IMO but when I have both they're S+.

Gate of Nations is pretty busted by itself.

I guess Angkor Wat and Notre Dame are pretty good when paired for sweet specialist yields (you need celebrations fairly often as well, but IME that's no problem), but Angkor Wat by itself is already good.

It doesn’t. But it adds walled districts to the city.

Only to coastal tiles though, and even then only sometimes—I've seen it somehow refuse to, which I found rude. It's very pretty at least.
