Can someone verify if the following wonders are lacking in the ability to be 'blacked out' and have the tag 'Already built' on them when they in fact are.
Porcellin Tower
Eiffel Tower
Panama Canal
Statue of Liberty
Hollywood
Also, I'm not sure, is there a limit to the number of wonders any one city can build?
In the last I game I was Germany and played it as an isolationist wonder builder. I had only 3 cities but pumped out huge
& 
in Berlin.
I had 30 wonders in this one city alone. By the time I could get to Broadway & Hollywood, the Dutch beat me to Broadway but Hollywood remained available (at least there were no notifications and it remained 'bright' in the pedia, hence the question posed in this post).
However it was never available for selection in my build queue.
I'm not sure what tags are used in the lua code to check for the availability of production that Thal has put in place.
