Wonder victory... what is it? and where?

ive read the civ3.com site FAQ and civ. fan. faq thats on the link after wonders list. neither said what a wonder victory is... infact... it doesnt even show it.

at the very bottem of my list in senerio property it says under victory conditions wonder... its not defult checked.

what is it and how do i achieve it?

(im guessing build all the wonders in the world?)

Might be first to build a specific wonder....or the one with the most wonders at the end of the game (or when all are built)

It's when all the wonders are built, the game ends. The person with the highest score when that happens, is the winner
