When i build pyramids, Stonehenge or some other wonders there is a bonus where it's said that the production is doubled with stone, marble.
The doubled production is of the overall city production, or is doubled the hammer production where there is stone marble or other resources???

What that means is if you have marble/stone, the speed at which you construct said wonder/building is doubled. So, if it would have taken you 30 turns to construct something, it'll take around 15 instead if you have the requisite resource.

It adds 100% to your production, which doesn't necessarily halve the time the wonder takes. For instance:

City has 20 production (without modifiers) and is building the Great Library
Organised religion adds 25%

Without the marble, total production = (20*((.25 + .25) + 1)) = 30
With the marble, total production = (20*((.25 + .25 + 1) + 1)) = 50

The game expresses bonuses badly. Instead of saying "Doubles production speed" it ought to say "Adds 100% to base production". And remember that you lose any fractional points arising from bonuses, so for example a base production of, say, 19 will give a nett production of 23, not 23.75, if there is a +25% bonus to be added. Fortunately all bonuses are added together before the nett value is calculated, so if you have several bomuses you will only get one such waste. See also the thread "100 / 2 > 50".

It also isn't just the city's 'natural' production that gets boosted; if you chop forests that also gets a bonus, and I think rushing with money or slavery also gets it though I've never tested.
