Won't Detect CD

I got 3 CDs with the box. 1 of them says Disc 2/Play and 2 of them say Disc 1/Install. Everytime I try to start the program, it gets to the loading screen and asks me to insert the correct disk. I've tried every CD and none of them work. It worked before I restarted my computer, but once I got into the game, I couldn't see any menus. The intro movie was completely blue and the menu screen didn't appear. The background for the menu screen appeared, but not the menu. Somebody help.
