    A similar poll as the 1180 AD poll. RB means to rush (buy) that particular item. There is a lot of item to be rushed in several of these cities since we want them to be as developed as the Coresux cities so that they can be celebrated to size 12+ once we start celebrating (probably 3-6 turns from now).

    I think it allows you to vote "NO" for everything if you want.
