Worked for 3 hours, crashed ever since

Running from Steam -
Game installed and ran fine for 3 hours on Friday. I linked my Steam account to 2K. It linked but gave me an error when downloading the bonus content (Napolean).

Since then every start crashes. It will load the splash for a few seconds, and then crash with the Firaxsis Crash reporter.
I've checked the logs, there was nothing obvious

Confirmed Device is in minimum specifications (DxDiag attached)
Have updated all drivers to latest, same issue
Tried reinstalling, same issue
Have disabled Firewall + AV. Same issue

I've raised a ticket with civilisationsupport

Any other ideas??

One idea:

Uninstalling/reinstalling the game alone does not clean it's previous settings or mods or anything. Start from clean slate by deleting settings folder if already not done so.

Delete folder: %localappdata%\Firaxis Games\Sid Meier's Civilization VII and you are "clean". Mind your saves!

FYI, I was having the same problem, but deleting the %localappdata% folder and reinstalling did the trick for me too. Thanks!
