Worker Bug

Since the new patch I've noticed I'm now prompted to instruct my workers to carry on with their improvements each turn. The turn counter goes down by one everytime so the jobs do get done but it does get tiresome very quickly.

Isn't on every single worker, seems to be on workers near the borders of other Civ's... this can't be intentional?

Are you sure you aren't in a war against anyone. If there is a enemy unit anywhere near your borders running around it causes the workers to stop. Barbarians do this also.
