workers bug

okey this bug is quite unnice
i am playing on huge earth type map(not realy earth just similar to it)
and i made max number of civs
i have lost totaly 60 workers due to this bug and bug is
each time i save game during war (dats like allmost all time) if i have any stack of workers(2 or more workers bound together) all workers disapear...

first time this hapen workers were inside of a city wich was surounded by enemy all other times they were doing some work or on they way

p.s. all workers disapear not only that stack and not only my workers
oh and this is SP
and yes i do have all the patches
