Workers interrupted

This may be a longshot, but is there any sort of mod out there that disables when workers get interrupted by the presence of an enemy? The mechanic is fine in theory, but it's just way too sensitive - where a worker will stop whenever there's an enemy 9 tiles away.
 
AFAIK it's "only" 4 tiles away, but I agree that it's too sensitive - it even triggers when you can't see the enemy!

Unfortunately, I don't know how to disable it.
