World Builder?

Sry about the probably dumb question, but how can I use the world builder? Wheres it?

I read plp here talking about it. But I just cant find the damn thing ingame or out.

Moderator Action: Moved to C&C.

It's not an ingame tool, it's an external program in the SDK, which you have to download separately (in Steam -> Library -> Tools -> Sid Meier's Civ 5 SDK Pack).

Miss in game on the fly world adjusting. I don't like making maps for myself in the world builder, cause then I know where everything is. I liked when we could make adjustments on the fly...
