Well, I switch back to Random again, I got into the gambling mood. Random now leads again.

I voted raging. With proper play it is to the advantage of our society anyway. I assume NoAIPatrol=0 will be set in the president and vice presidents .ini file.

I personally do not believe that any setting should be random. The game should be set up according to the will of the people. Random = No Opinion (IMO)
