1. A new version of the scenario was added, set in July 1940 (Fall of France)
2. Increased the starting funds for all countries

2. Increased the bombardment defenses of 'Coastal Fortress' and 'Civil Defense'
3. 'Military Academy' can no longer produce 'Army' unit
4. The defensive bonus on 'Marsh' terrain has been lowered from 20 to 0 percent
5. The communist government will again consume its population to accelerate production (Indeed, the Soviet Union was more powerful under this condition) 2.45

This looks like a chore, but I think I will give it a go later this week. The art work made me do it. Not played Sid in some time, should be right up my alley. Going without the no raze, 512 is plenty. If need be I can use later. Will that be an issue for the AI? They tend to go broke and cap out on units, due to money, not limit.
 
Hum, I loaded the game, but it stopped responding with about 80% initialized. Used the WW2 theworld biq. I then downloded the no raze exe and it ran into not responing as well. They may have been at different stages. I have run 362x362 el justo maps on older and slower machines many times. Like Aoi I and II.

* Scenario loading time - 22 minutes (Intel i5-6600 CPU, DDR4 16GB RAM, Sandisk SDD 120G)

The loading time will be determined according to your computer specifications.
 
Now I'm looking for Charles de Gaulle Leaderheads. (including his flic file)
It will be used in the June 1941 version scenario.
If anyone owns it, please post it.

1. The maintenance costs for some units became free (Lend-Lease M4 Sherman, Naval Mine)
2. Lowered production costs for some Soviet units (T-34, T-34-85, Yak, 100mm BS-3 Field Gun)
3. Soviet air units have been renamed (Polikarpov I-16, Tupolev TB-3, Tupolev Tu-4)
4. Japan now begins with only one 'Army' unit instead of two
5. Modified the bug that 'Spitfire' has been replaced by 'Settler' in 'Fall of France' scenario

Is that load time, just for the creation and loading a save will be more or less normal times?

Are you close to being done or do you see the final version as weeks away?

Of course it means scenario starting loading time. I will test it now, too.

It took 22 minutes to start the scenario and 20 seconds to load the save game.
I think it is a problem of in-game setting or preference.
In existing scenarios, only balancing and finding bugs remain, and the 'June 1941' scenario that will emerge in the future will be the final challenge.
 
Sounds like I just need to start the scenario and go read for a bit.

Edit: failed to note the time, but it was less than 20 mins.

Have you read the issue with the no raze exe? Can freeze at 570's.

I recommend that you back up the original executable just in case.
If 'No Raze' patch is not applied, Germany and Japan will expand under limited conditions.
This is because the foothold to conquer the next city disappears into urban destruction.
