* The ultimate goal of this scenario is to conquer 'Sid' difficulty, which is actually the final difficulty.
All debugging works are done on 'Sid'.
'No Mercy' Difficulty progress is virtually impossible and just for display.

1. Deleted 'All Terrain As Roads' skill from 'SNLF' unit
2. Deleted 'Transports Only Foot Units' skill from 'Allied Carrier' unit (Now they can carry planes)
3. 'Cebu' added as a US city
4. Added 'Amphibious Attack' skill to 'US Infantry' unit
5. Adjusted the difficulty levels to the original
6. Modified the 'Oil Refinery' graphic
7. Modified the zip file so that Scenario-specific graphics and sounds are applied properly
